Starehe Boys’ Scouts Excel at Nairobi Regional Competitions

The spirit of discipline, teamwork, and resilience was on full display as Starehe Boys’ Scouts Troop – 14 Nairobi Troop proudly participated in the Nairobi Regional Scouts Competition held at the Scouts National Headquarters in Rowallan Camp. The event brought together top scout patrols from across the Nairobi region, each demonstrating skills in leadership, outdoor survival, first aid, physical fitness, and scouting knowledge. Starehe was ably represented by two patrols, each consisting of eight well-trained and motivated scouts. We are proud to announce that our patrols excelled at the competition, securing:

🥇 1st Place – Nairobi Region
🥉 3rd Place – Nairobi Region
🥈 2nd Place Overall, trailing closely behind Alliance High School, who participated from the Central Region.

These outstanding results are a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and discipline of our scouts, as well as the unwavering support from their leaders and the school community.

Next Stop: Nationals!

With this incredible performance, 14 Nairobi Troop (Starehe Boys’ Centre) has qualified for the National Scouts Competition, scheduled to take place from 2nd to 5th August 2025. We look forward to supporting our boys as they prepare to represent Nairobi — and Starehe — on the national stage.
