Starehe Alumnus Dieume Baraka Joins 2025 Equity Leadership Program

Dr. James Mwangi, Equity Group Managing Director and CEO, and Executive Chairman of Equity Group Foundation, is pictured with Dieume Baraka, a recent alumnus of Starehe Boys Centre, during the 2025 Equity Leadership Program (ELP) Pre-University induction in Nairobi.
Dieume, who scored an impressive A (plain) in the 2024 KCSE, has been selected to join the prestigious ELP — a program that mentors and empowers top-performing students as they transition to university.
This moment captures the spirit of mentorship and opportunity that defines both Starehe and the Equity Group Foundation. Congratulations, Dieume!
