The Starehe Debate Society continues to raise the bar in excellence and oratory. During the recently held competitions from 20th to 22nd June, our debaters showcased exceptional skill and intellect, securing both 1st and 3rd place finishes — a proud moment for the entire Starehe community.

A Blend of Experience and Rising Talent

Leading the charge were seasoned debaters David Moti, Vincent Muhia, and David Kasiki, whose poise, precision, and persuasive arguments captivated judges and audiences alike. Their success was matched by the promising performance of the Form 3 Olympus Team, who displayed maturity beyond their years and held their ground against formidable competition.

More Than Just Winning

While trophies were earned, the real victory lies in what the society continues to nurture — a culture of confident expression, critical thinking, and collaborative spirit. The Debate Society remains a cornerstone of student development at Starehe, encouraging learners to find their voice and speak truth with clarity and conviction.
